Tullamore Dew reveals a world-first Cider Cask Finish Irish whiskey

William Grant & Sons has released a Global Travel Retail-exclusive iteration of its Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey.

Cider Cask Finish comprises triple-distilled, triple-blended whiskey that is only produced between September and November each year. The liquid has spent time in oak casks that have previously contained pressed apples for “several months”.

The limited production run means available volumes will be 3,000 9-litre cases per year.

William Grant & Sons Irish Brands and their agency, approached us to assist in the promotion of their entirely NEW bottling of Tullamore Dew, a drink that has been aged in old cider apple barrels/casks.

As the cider cask in this bottling was the point of difference over their competitors, Signet offered the client both genuine and imitation wooden hang tags to deliver the desired visual cues to the end customer.
