It’s here! The new Signet website, take a look!

We have been working hard behind the scenes to be able to bring you the best experience possible when you visit our new website.

It’s very important to Signet as a company, and to us as individuals, that we listen to our customers and more importantly we take the comments on board and make changes where applicable. A few months ago, we received some comments about our website, through our customer service follow up calls, so we set about investigating them and decided the best course of action was to redesign the site to make it easier to navigate and a better experience overall.

 

 

We have added a better drop-down menu at the top so you can find the relevant pages quicker and we have made it easier to move around the website with links to other sections throughout. We have updated the pages that were on the previous site and expanded others, for example the ribbon tear strips page now shows a variety of images to show the ribbon strips on the bottle sealed in wax, a picture of the actual ribbon pulling through the wax and a picture of the pull tab having been used to open the wax and show the smooth, clean finish on the bottle and stopper.

We have also expanded the section of how we work, as some of the feedback we received showed people were interested in our development processes and our quality control measures.

We have also updated our main products page with new imagery as we always like to show the range of products we create and you will see more of the portfolio pages throughout the website giving you quicker access to our case studies.
